  1. Who owns the content once it has been created and is live?

Once the content is created specifically for you and you have paid for it, it belongs to you completely. Since we would have handed over the project to you completely in exchange for payment, we will not stake claim to any of the writing from the project.

 

  1. Can I get a free sample or trial?

We can give you references for the work we have done so that you can check the quality and style of content. You can also see the feedback of our clients in the REVIEWS section of our website. However, no free sample or trial will be possible

 

  1. Will I have to pay in advance?

Once we have agreed on the project requirement, you will need to transfer 75% of the estimated bill into our account for us to start working on your project. The balance 25% will have to be made when the first draft is submitted to you.

 

  1. How do I know I will get what I paid for?

We have more than 10 years of experience in writing in a corporate. You can rest assured that our content will be tailor-made to your requirements. You will also get an opportunity to make suggestions/changes in the first draft.

 

  1. Can I use the content as per my requirements

Yes. We will make the content as per what you need and hand it over to you. You can further use it in your business as per your needs

 

  1. Can I use the content partially in another mode?

Yes. Once we hand over the content, you can use it anywhere you, please. You can use parts from the same or reformat it as per your needs. We also offer you the service, to reformat the content if you so require, at a charge.

 

  1. Will the content be SEO friendly?

We also offer SEO friendly Content Writing, by using the appropriate keywords and researching the topic thoroughly. You can specify the requirement at the time of signing up for the project.

 

 

 

  1. Do you use Keyword Research while you write content?

Yes. We use keyword research tools to ensure that what we write helps you build up your digital presence.

 

  1. What is your timeline for a project?

Our timelines are as below for a 2000 word project

  • First draft: 24 working hours from the initial payment
  • Your feedback: 24 working hours from the first draft submission
  • Your final payment: 24 working hours from the first draft submission
  • Final Submission: 24 working hours from your feedback & final payment

 

  1. How do we communicate during the course of the project?

All communication will be via email to & from our official ID so that we have an official track of the deliverables.  To supplement the emails, you can also call or WhatsApp us.

We are based in Bangalore, India. We are open to face-to-face meetings at a common point if the project so requires and cannot be handled over emails/phone/skype.  Since this will mean an additional investment on our part in terms of time and travel, it will be at an additional charge.
